Techniques with Memory Box Dies - Bibiana



In this class we will be doing three unique cards.

This class will focus on Techniques, each card has a very special and fun stamping technique.
We will be using Memory Box stamps, dies and papers.  

Please bring to class:
•Basic Tool Kit
•Various Adhesives: (glue pen, foam, glossy accents, fabri-tac)
• Die pick tool
• Small paint brush with small cup
• MUST have 3 distinctive Daubers (finger sponges)
• Distress Inks:  red barn, (must have) summer and spring Tim Holtz distress inks (optional)
• Cuttlebug with its plates and Metal shim

In class, please bring your favorite paper crafting tools, Scor Pal, including wet and dry adhesives (Mono Multi Tombow Liquid glue) and foam tape or pop dots. Elizabeth Craft Designs! 2 Classes with Els!









Class 1 - Fun with the NEW Elizabeth Craft Designs Dies with Els!
Saturday, March 16th from 10:00 - 12:30
Fee: $37.50/25 students 






In this class we will work with the Elizabeth Craft Designs Dies. We will use a variety of dies, the Flowers, Dragonflies, Bees, Ladybugs, Birds and the Words.   We will use all kind of different materials like the new Velvet Adhesive sheets, the Shimmer Sheetz, the new Silk Microfine Glitter and the Double Sided Adhesive.   This will be a very colorful and fun class that you don't want to miss.
















Class 2. Polished Silk Glitter with Els from Elizabeth Craft Designs.
Saturday, March 16th from 2:00 - 4:30
Fee: $37.50/25 students  




In this class it will be all about the NEW Elizabeth Craft Designs Microfine Glitter.  We will use different techniques to make some beautiful cards. Two of the cards will be Polished Silk Glitter techniques and one card will be a card using the Diamond glitter in combination with the Copic Markers and the Orchid Peel Off sticker. You will be a glitter Queen at the end if this class!

Please bring your favorite paper crafting tools, adhesives both wet and dry, foam tape.

You will learn the basic skills of papering a box to look artistic and professional. Decorating in the shabby chic/vintage/steam punk style that Graphic 45 paper lends itself to.

This class will increase your creativity while learning new techniques. You can follow step by step instructions or use new techniques to create your one of a kind creation. This class will include all materials: a bottle to make your own glimmer mist, the box, Graphic 45 paper, materials to make your own flowers and embellishments.

This is not your traditional class. We will be doing lots of cutting and we will get messy (dress in grubby clothes).

Please bring a positive attitude so you can make new friends and have fun in the class.

Techniques:
Layering paper
Discussion of Gesso and acrylics
Discussion appropriate adhesive
Using chipboard
Dye Ink vs. water base ink
Create 2 different types of flowers
Different uses for polyurethane glaze (Diamond Glaze, Glossy Accents, 3D Crystal Lacquer )
DIY Glimmer Mist (Material Provided)

scissors (lots of cutting is going to happen)
Adhesives (Glue, Glue dots, Double sided foam mount, Double sided tape)
Glaze (Diamond Glaze sold in store- Glossy accents or other similar products acceptable)
